OlilO provides AI-powered answers drawn from curated knowledge bases covering Hong Kong legislation (Cap. 374 Road Traffic Ordinance), tax and corporate reporting compliance, and ESG compliance. Answers are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice.
The service is offered on a free tier with daily usage limits, which we may adjust from time to time. Signing in with your Google account raises your daily limit; sharing sessions may grant bonus messages as described in the product UI.
You own the content you create. You retain all rights to the questions you ask and the conversations you generate.
By using the free tier, you grant OlilO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, and distribute your session content for the purpose of operating and improving the service, including displaying sessions you choose to make public.
Public sessions. When you toggle a session to "public" (or share it via the share button), you agree that the session's transcript may be viewed, indexed, and redistributed by anyone, including appearing in /llms.txt and search-engine listings. Public sharing is irrevocable for copies already distributed, although you may set the session back to private at any time to stop future distribution. Do not make a session public if it contains personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
Answers are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify critical information against official sources. OlilO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlilO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
